Richard Scarry Fan Art by ChristianPearce Richard Scarry Fan Art by ChristianPearce
A painting of Dingo Dog in his hungry-looking red roadster. Richard Scarry was one of my earliest inspirations and I just did this as a bit of fun. A quick pencil sketch coloured up in Photoshop.

Even though he's male, I can see "The Little Old Lady from Pasadena" being his theme song!

This is great! Richard Scarry is one of my earliest inspirations too! I always loved the cars in his books and your interpretation is excellent!

You should consider Mr. Frumble's pickle car or the Cat Family car at some point!

My favorite books as a child! Sad as I can barely remember the characters though :(

Dingo is one wild driver with one wild car. His car seems to resemble a 1960's Ferrari.

Don't pretend to be a groan-up, I've seen all those well-worn Scarry books next to your bed. Right next to your Maisy Mouse collection.
